Each file corresponds to a torrent file with the following notes:
Files are in bencoded format (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bencode, you can use https://github.com/retonato/modern-bencode to decode them).
Those files are not complete torrent files, you cannot download anything using them. It is also impossible to get full torrent info hashes from them.
I will publish new archives monthly. It would be helpful if you could download and seed them (torrent files are located on Internet Archive pages).
